Shipping Terms

All merchandise ordered on chamrose.com can be shipped within USA, CANADA and Mexico. Note we currently do not ship chamrose.com purchases internationally other than north American countries due to COVID 19.

You can track your order at any time online via our provided tracking number to our customers. You will need to provide your email address and order number.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer three shipping methods for online orders: (1) Ground shipping, (2) 3-business day delivery, and (3) 5 to 10-business day delivery.

Note: Saturday, Sunday and the day of shipment is not count as a business day.

Customer’s will pay the shipment charge based on the amount calculated by the courier they would like to use and how fast the want to receive their parcel unless otherwise instructed or offered.
